Summer Reading Club
2022/07/02 - 2022/08/19
FreeWhat is the BC Summer Reading Club?
The BC Summer Reading Club is a free reading program for the summer months with plenty of storytimes, contests, crafts, and other activities. It is a great way to practice or improve reading skills over the summer, meet new friends, learn more about your community and library, and have fun! This year’s theme is All Together Now.
Who Can Join?
Summer Reading Club is for everyone! We will have separate registration and activities for kids, teens, and adults.
How Do I Register?
Registration for all age groups will begin 2 July 2022. You can register anytime over the summer with the information below.
Kids
Children under the age of 12 can sign up either online with a caregiver or in-person at the Library or at our Farmer’s Market booth. Upon registration, participants will receive a package that includes a Reading Log, stickers, and FAQ sheet.
Teens
Youth aged 13-18 can register and pick up their registration package by the Welcome Desk of the Library or at the Library’s booth in the Farmer’s Market.

No formal registration is required. Instead, for each book you read, you will be able to fill out an online entry form for a chance to win weekly draw prizes.
